Inspection Report This Sample Report will show you what to expect from D. P. Edwards & Associates, LLC, Home inspectors when you hire us to do an inspection. The General Summary highlights items that should be repaired, replaced, or investigated by a specialist, because they are either safety concerns or conditions that prevent a component from functioning as it is supposed to function. The Supplemental Summary provides information about specific items that may be of interest to a home buyer or homeowner but do not warrant being included on the General Summary Page. Inspection Contract The Home Inspector Licensure Act of North Carolina requires that the home inspector have a written contract signed by the client before the inspection is performed and states that the inspection will be done in accordance with the Standards of Practice of the NC Home Inspector Licensure Board.  Click HERE to view a Sample Inspection Contract.
